Thank you for choosing DrGlo! We know you are excited to reveal your true skin, so we are committed to delivering your products as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Processing & Handling Time
- We proudly guarantee fast dispatch. All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our delivery partners within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the very next business day.
2. Shipping Costs & Regions
- We offer 100% FREE Standard Delivery on all prepaid orders anywhere within India.
- At this time, DrGlo only ships within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timelines:
- Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 3 business days.
- Non-Metro & Rural (Tier 2/3): 4 to 5 business days. (Please note that unforeseen circumstances, local strikes, or severe weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays out of our control).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most major pin codes in India.
- To ensure fast delivery, our team may call or text you to quickly verify your COD order before it is packed.
5. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an Email and SMS notification containing your AWB tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website's "Track My Order" page to follow your package directly to your doorstep.
6. Tampered or Damaged Packages Our products are premium clinical formulations and are sealed securely before shipping. If the outer shipping box appears physically damaged, torn, or tampered with upon delivery, contact us immediately at dr.gloteam@gmail.com , so we can resolve the issue and arrange a fresh replacement for you immediately.
